If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team within 10 business days of receipt (as indicated by your FedEx tracking) with photo evidence. Additional Policies

No Refund Policy:
Due to state and federal regulations governing alcohol and perishable consumables, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for these items. This policy also applies to sealed products that, for legal and safety reasons, cannot be returned once opened.

Order Cancellations:
Our fulfillment process is extremely fast—orders are typically released into our system within minutes of purchase. Once an order has been released, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it. If you believe your order has not yet been released, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to us in good condition, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued if the order is returned damaged or lost. Should you request a shipment intercept or an address correction while the package is in transit, a fee of $17.20 per package/box will apply (this fee is charged directly by our delivery service provider).
